What you need:
*I never really actually measure things out, I just wing it and it always ends up good :) haha
- About 3 handfuls of Frozen mango cubes.
- About 1 1/2 handfuls of frozen blueberries.
- About 1 handful of frozen raspberries.
- *Extra As much watermelon as you want.
- *Extra Peeled apple.
- Either milk or water
So pretty much you can put in any fruit you like, these are just the ones I usually use. You also don't have to use frozen fruit, but if you don't just use ice.
Using milk makes the smoothie taste just like ice-cream, it's soo good!
Using water is just the healthier option I guess, but both are good.
Put all the fruit in you blender. (I would have liked to have watermelon and apple too, but we didn't have any.)
Pour milk or water to just cover all the fruit.
This will make it the consistency on soft-serve ice-cream,
so add more if you want it more runny)
|Blend it all up and it's as simple as that!|
